Return and Refund Policy

1.Scope

Applies to digital downloads sold on https://www.artpixlab.com

2.Digital Products

All products sold are digital files and delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. By law, once the download or streaming of a digital product has begun, you forfeit your right of withdrawal and may not return the digital content.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases only if you have NOT begun downloading or streaming the product.

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases within a specified period after purchase.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, including downloadable or streamed digital products, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately upon download, streaming, or access to the content. By doing so, you acknowledge that you may lose any applicable statutory rights of cancellation or withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted if:

The file is defective or corrupted, preventing access or use;
The product does not match its description or key characteristics as advertised on the product page;
You did not receive the download link or access to your purchased content.
Defective products include files that are corrupted or inaccessible. Misrepresented products are those that materially differ from their advertised description or key characteristics like description, format, or resolution.

4.Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for issuing refunds for defective or misrepresented products. ArtPixLab will mediate disputes and may suspend sellers who fail to comply.

5.Digital Product Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once downloading or streaming begins.
