1.Scope

2.Digital Products

All products sold are digital files and delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. By law, once the download or streaming of a digital product has begun, you forfeit your right of withdrawal and may not return the digital content.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases only if you have NOT begun downloading or streaming the product.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right does not apply once the download or streaming of digital content has begun, provided you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted if:

The file is defective or corrupted, preventing access or use;
The product does not match its description or key characteristics as advertised on the product page;
You did not receive the download link or access to your purchased content.
Defective products include files that are corrupted or inaccessible. Misrepresented products are those that materially differ from their advertised description or key characteristics like description, format, or resolution.

4.Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for issuing refunds for defective or misrepresented products. ArtPixLab will mediate disputes and may suspend sellers who fail to comply.

5.Digital Product Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once downloading or streaming begins.
